The WORST PLACE EVER! We waited for over 30 mins for a simple 20 pc chicken order while others behind us received larger orders than ours! Eventually after waiting an additional 15 we got our money back and left! No sorry about that or anything from the employees, just......We're busy.....with 2 cars in the parking lot and 2 in the drive thru lane.....really!!
The food is probably the fastest in Newberry at 11 am. The service is usually prompt and the food is hot and prepared as expected.
Got a 20$ fill up last night around 6pm they forgot my Cole slaw and almost my half gallon sweet tea. ON TOP I FOUND A HAIR IN A THIGH. Gross probably not going back to this location. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
At the Newberry KFC there is a lot of immaturity there......children working there and they're not taking that job seriously, therefore the customers are not being pleased. I had to wait 20 minutes on hot wings.
