Food was fresh. Service was good. Staff was friendly. This was just my experience.
I frequent here. The morning crew is usually very friendly and polite. They always get my order right and quick.
I came in today to get the $5 meal (2 pc dark chicken). Upon eating the meal the fries were greasy and the thigh was old. About 1hour after eating I begin to have stomach pains. Two hours later I am in severe pain, headache, nausea, and diarrhea. I called to speak with the managet and all she said was " Im sorry that happened to you". Like really? They will never get a penny from me!!!
Went here just moments ago. I love the food. Went thru the drive thru. The chick working was rude. Did not get napkins nor a spork. Had to ask for both. Then asked for hot sauce and pepper. Did not get the pepper. The biscuits looked awful as well. I used to work for Bojangles. I know all the procedures all too well. They need to step it up and make some changes.
A little slow, but reasonably so with other orders to make. Did very well, and very polite. Great bojangles taste, as always, and hot
