I would give it a negative 5stars if possible. The co-op should be ashamed taking in so much money and giving so little back. My father-in-law is placing a mobile home on his property to replace his current home. He has been a co-op customer since it began. He was told he had to pay $199.00 deposit because his bill had been late more than 1 time. Never disconnected but just late more than 1time. We really need another option.
