I then jump in my car and proceed to drive to Woolbrights personally to try and find out what happened...
So my husband then proceeds to call them but the phone always gives a busy signal..I call them and the same thing...
Rex is such a wonderful person. He went out of his way to help me in such a short time! The flowers were just beautiful!!! Highly recommend and will definitely be using his services again!!!
There was a white car that pulled into the drive way of my neighbors yard around 5pm and blew the horn..
We will absolutely NEVER, EVER use this place again, and this is also going on my Facebook page..
He told me that Woolbrights informed him that they would be delivered around 3PM...
I called from out of town needing a funeral arrangement in a purple color scheme. They were the 3rd florist I had called. Right away they knew what flowers they could use for an elegant, tasteful arrangement. I was not able to see it before delivery--and it was perfect, elegant and beautiful!
The bouquets and arrangements from Woolbights are not only beautiful but they smell lovely too! Rex and his wife are great to work with and provide outstanding service. The bouquets are nice flowers..peonies, cabbage roses and anemones not just fillers.
The car then pulled into my yard and blew the horn. I went to the door and the guy handed me the flowers that had very little water in them and then proceeded to ask for water for his other deliveries..He drives off..
I EXPECT when something like this happens, the shop will make some kind of gesture to show that they are truly sorry for what happened, but nothing..
I then call my husband to tell him that I got the flowers and he asked how did I like the candy..
Delivered on time and very fresh
The young girl comes back with a heart shaped box and hands it to me and says that the delivery person had over 50 deliveries today, and apologies but that's it...
I'm like, "candy? What candy"? He says I was supposed to get a box of chococlate as well..
That time of 3pm came and went with neither a show or call from this company..and they had not only his number but mine as well...
I get there and a young girl comes out front, there is an older lady standing in back..I proceed to explain what happened, or didn't happen, and the woman does absolutely nothing.
I didn't know at the time that this was the delivery car..
My husband called them from out of town on Valentines day to have a bouquet of roses and a box of candy delivered to me here in Newberry.
Beautiful, very artistic bouquet. It was special and unique, not a bit like standard grocery store flowers, really composed and you can tell someone thought about it.
Well, NO CANDY..
I don't care how many deliveries he had...My husband paid good, hard earned money to this company to make this day special for me and I ended up having to drive to the business and not even get the satisfaction we deserved..
