We spent 4 hours getting two new phones. No restrooms for the public. Nice people work there though.

I've always liked this little story, but they have always seem to struggle to find "good" management, and consistent delivery of competent "In-House" device service, repair & problem resolution capabilities...
Every time I come to this store there seems to be only one employee working who barely knows what they are doing. Needs more taffy and better training.
