I was in the store 5 minutes nobody greeted me nor did anyone ask if they could help me. They just continued to talk as if no one was in the store.
Good store, was greeted and asked if there was anything I needed. I don't know who was on duty in the morning, but he was very friendly and helpful.
Very bad service. The employees always act like you are bothering them. I recently tried to trade an Xbox one and they wouldn't take it because the console couldn't do an update. Even worse I asked how much store credit they were giving for it and the employee told me a hundred dls, it wasn't untill I told him that the webpage stated a 50 dls extra credit that he seemed to recalled the fact. I ask them if they were having Nintendo Switch available on day one and he said no, I ask them when will they have units in stock and he said he didn't know, just like that, all the time answering me while doing something else with his hands. Very bad costumer service overall. Don't come to this Gamestop at Newberry SC.
Very good service, never had a problem always well to me and get me what I need.
I've always had great experiences here. Sometimes their used games are a little overpriced... But I doubt the staff can do much about it. Overall very pleased.
