Had a storage unit there it got broken into stole $8,000 worth of materials and didn't get but $2,000 back not even half of what i lost. Called the lady that works there she didn't sound concern or anything just stating we are not responsible for things being lost or stolen. Yes they are we got a gated storage unit there with cameras and there is nothing no one can do. Will never use this storage company again.
Extremely happy customer! We just collected our belongings after over 4 years' storage in a climate controlled unit at Heritage Self Storage and found everything in excellent condition. As we've been unpacking, we seen no mold or mildew and no evidence of any bugs or rodents. I can highly recommend them!
