Unprofessional money grubbing thieves.
I used Lane Properties to manage a rental property for 3 years. My experience with this company was horrendous. I looked up the name of an individual who was working at my property and it turned out the individual was a convicted sex offender. I later found out this was the owners brother in law. The individual in the office who was arranging to have work done at the property was using a friend of hers who was sent to determine why my sewage system was backing up $600 later he replaced a faucet but could not figure out the problem. I called a local septic company on my own who went out and fixed the problem for $75. My property was not being inspected properly in between tenants as a previous tenant wrote the names of their relatives on the walls and it was never reported to me. The tenant screening process was a joke and thousand of dollars in damage was done to my property.
I don't know how true this is but..
They are really helpful and truthful with you..
