Registration staff members are extremely rude and impatient

The ER is always awesome. We never have to wait too long and all the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.
Triage nurse was wonderful. Reception was great. But one of the nurses with short red hair was horrible. Terrible delivery rude, wrong profession. Won't say her name but I will be calling to make complaint on her.
I've tried to speak to a supervisor several time for wrong service I was billed for, they they never available. I left several message and no return phone call, they worse hospital I have ever visit. I would not recommend anyone going to the ER especially if you hurt badly can't count on these people.
