First of all -- and this is kind of big for me -- it SMELLED like a dentist office! It was clean. It was bright. The staff were smiling, laughing, and providing good service. It was nice to feel welcome in a new place. Dr. James DMD was gentle, polite, a conversationalist, joking with his staff...and concerned about my comfort during the procedure. The dental hygienists, Nicki and Courtney, were conscientious and took pride in their work. The first nor the second temporary crown were satisfactory in their eyes. Only with the third were they satisfied. Craftsmanship - you gotta respect that. Plus, they stayed over to finish me up. I apologized for keeping them over, and the response I received was not "thanks" or "that's okay" it was "we want to help you feel better." Seriously. There was no background noise complaining of having to stay over. It was really a nice experience.
