Took my deposit blamed it on my insurance and I have yet to recieve my refund been calling and contacting and still no results I DO NOT RECOMMEND renting FROM THE NEWBERRY SC LOCATION
Don't bother setting reservation by time you get there they will rent the car out from under you and don't have any cards left after you drive all the way there
When arriving at the Irmo location I was greeted by saying they didn't know if the car they reserved was available. Then find that there was a policy change on the deposit amount which we weren't made aware of be for agreeing to drive 35 miles to rent the reserved car. I expressed that it wasted valuable time that my teenage son could have been studying for an exam that he'd taken time out to drive me in.
My experience with enterprise was great they didn't have a vehicle for us at the time but the agent worked hard to get us in some reliable transportation and was very understanding and patient with us. I will be using them again. Thanks
Horrible communication. No bill emailed as promised. Seems like a couple of street dudes hustling someone's product. No gas in vehicle. Wasn't clean. Great vehicle tho. Not using that location ever again.
Then they call my wife and tell her that renting a car is a privalige, and that thy wouldn't rent to us because I was rude!
