Prices are reasonable, Customer Service is off the charts great. They make you very comfortable while you are waiting; Courtesy Coffee bar, large screen TV, internet and a childrens lounge to keep your children occupied while your busy. I have bought 6 vehicles in the 6 years that I lived here. Last but not the least is the topp shelf care provided to me by Salesman Shawn Roberts. He takes care of your needs even if it is multiple years after the sale. You absolutely are making a mistake if you don't pay them a visit!
I took my car in for a safety recall. Their service department lied about the work involved and afterwards tried to extort $95 from me to turn off the airbag light that the recall work addressed. Since I own a tech ii scanner, it was no big deal to resolve on my own but the experience put me to looking for my next Cadillac at Jim Hudson's dealership. I recommend anyone else to do the same.
